What to expect.

For February 26th

  • When your sign in for the first time:
    Existing Users
    1. Use your current username & password.
    2. You will be prompted for new password which is more complex.
    3. The option to register your device. (Recommended for frequently used devices).
    4. You will need to acknowledge the new digital banking agreement.
    5. Update or confirm your information.
    New Users
    1. Click the “Enroll” button
    2. Input requested personal information, e.g. member number, social security number, etc.
    3. You will need to acknowledge the online banking agreement.
  • Pro Mobile App Users:
    • Apple devices will automatically update the Pro Mobile App.
    • Android users will need to download the new app at the GooglePlay store.
