Part-Time Teller

Nutley, NJ

Purpose

By developing strong member relationships, delivers remarkable and quality member service for a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and check cashing. Provides members with efficient and accurate transaction processing. Looks for opportunities to refer members to products and services that will enhance their financial well-being.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process account withdrawals, deposits, transfers, balance inquiries and loan payments in person, by mail and phone.
  • Handle cash withdrawals and check cashing activity, maintain proper cash procedures according to Credit Union guidelines.
  • Actively participate in sales efforts by promoting Credit Union products and services by asking probing questions to meet member’s financial needs.
  • Assist with ATM settlement, account verifications and payroll deduction.
  • Process miscellaneous General Ledger entries for Loan Department.
  • Complete daily teller proof balancing.
  • Assist Team Lead with branch proof, general ledgers and miscellaneous requests.
  • Flexibility to work in the Nutley and Montclair branches, as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • 20-25 hours/week, with the specific days subject to change (must be able to work occasional Saturdays)

Digital Marketing Lead

Nutley, NJ

Purpose

Conceptualize, plan and execute multi-faceted communications campaigns across all digital channels. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to conceptualize and create engaging promotional materials. Leverage marketing automation system and internal data to ensure optimal promotion targeting. Benchmark and measure campaign results to ensure excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with Marketing Team to develop diverse and creative promotions from concept through final execution across a range of communications deliverables, including: email, online ads and banners, social media, direct mail, posters, brochures and more.
  • Build, test and launch dynamic engaging campaigns in Marketo as well as monitoring and measuring campaign success.
  • Analyze campaign data from multiple systems (i.e Marketo, CRM, Google Analytics, 3rd Party Vendors, etc.) and develop reports communicating overall marketing campaign performance, benchmarks, and success.
  • Work with cross functional teams to put together comprehensive product and campaign performance reports for internal analysis.
  • Write on-brand copy that drives engagement, generates leads, and fosters conversion for various communication channels, including: ad copy, web, email, direct mail, and Proponent’s annual report. Proofread written material before publishing.
  • Support various functions within the Marketing Department, including management of the following ongoing activities: Compliance Approval, Internal Communication, Campaign Budgets.
  • Develop and proactively maintain knowledge of Proponent’s products, as well as industry best practices through research and ongoing training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience
  • Proficient with marketing automation platform (i.e. Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua)
